This was certainly not how Dutch imagined her day going, but so far she had no complaints. Anytime she met someone new and interesting it was a victory for her. This guy, Mr. Fet, was nice. It’s true that he served a purpose, but she thought she would have liked him even if he was less useful. He was the kind of person she wanted to get to know. Was that ridiculous, she wondered? After all, she’d only just met him.
“Sounds like you’ve got this business down to an art.” She looked at him as they walked to his truck. Dutch smiled at the display. It seemed that there was a tool for every imaginable purpose. She wondered if he was as into his line of work as she was into her own hacking.
